 Note:  All Uncirculated Mint sets must come with all original packaging from the US mint and certificate of authenticity.  
All packaging must be intact with no rips or tears or you may get a lower price.
Note:  Many of the Proof and Mint Sets that are priced from $3 to $5 haven't went up in value yet
and I would recommend holding onto these Sets until the collectible value increases.
